Qazi Clinical Laboratory was established in 1984
for improvement of testing technology at District
Dir and delivering standard testing services in
the region for optimization of patient safety.
Expert staff of QCL tests and analyzes specimens
of human origin and other substances by
established scientific laboratory techniques to
aid in diagnosing, treating, and preventing
diseases or to support medical research; and
supervises medical laboratory activities. Qazi
Clinical Laboratory is located in Timergara City, Distt
Dir (Lower) opposite DHQ Hospital Timergara.
Since the time of Hippocrates, scientific curiosity about the nature of disease has gone hand in hand with medical care. Today, laboratory medicine and pathology continue to follow this tradition by providing diagnostic and therapeutic services. No other medical specialty demands application of broad human knowledge and advancing technology as laboratory science.
Realizing these virtues and the need of a referral laboratory in the region, QCL, (Timergara), have put forward a giant step. The laboratory is planned, structured & works
according to the needs of modern technology.
We have sophisticated equipments and highly trained personnel to carry out maximum number of tests within the country at one single place. Test-menu includes most recent tests such as cancer markers, hormones and their part sequence and infectious disease markers as well as basic tests like complete blood profiles, urinalysis, biochemistries such as glucose, lipids profile, cardiac profiles, renal profile, hematology, lever profile, faces analysis, electrolytes, CSF and other body fluids, blood grouping, blood banking, transfusion, and compatibility tests, etc.
